News Detail
Miles For Artists
If you have airline miles waiting to be used, here is a painless opportunity to help CMI bring its special brand of music to Dallas...and to get recognition for supporting CMI at the same time.
For the last several years, Chamber Music International has depended on the generosity of one major airline to help bring some of the artists to Dallas for our concerts. We received several flight coupons each year for the musicians. Unfortunately, times are tough in the travel industry, and again this year the airlines are not able to help in the same way.
Instead, we are appealing to our loyal audience and supporters to help bring the musicians here. Any individual who can donate a flight coupon will be recognized as the sponsor of a performance of his or her choice. What better way to support the arts than to bring your favorite musician to Dallas? All donations of miles are important, however, and all donors will be recognized in the concert program.
There are 18 opportunities to sponsor the artists who are traveling from locations in the US (East Coast, West Coast and Alaska) or Germany for the performances during this season.
Please refer to the concert schedule and the artist biographies to select your favorite artist or favorite concert to sponsor. A round-trip coach ticket is all that is required to sponsor any of these performances.
In these challenging times, can you think of better way to support the arts without hurting your pocketbook? |
